driving drunk

I need some advice. I know my son is drinking and driving. He owns his own vehicle and is away at college. I have tried to no avail to explain the repercussions of driving drunk, but he refuses to listen. I can't ground him or take his car away. Please help me before he hurts himself or some other innocent person.
